Administrative clerk
Our company regularly offers administrative positions in its headquarters. We are looking for people with the following skills: 
 
 
  • Minimum two years professional experience in the tourism industry
  • Degree in tourism or equivalent
  • Experience of language studies abroad
  • Good knowledge of geography
  • Very good knowledge (written, oral) of at least 2 languages spoken in our company (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Swedish and Dutch)
  • Good command of English (Level first minimum)
  • Autonomous, responsible and organised person
  • Team spirit & great availability / flexibility 
   
Main tasks :
  • Processing enrolments
  • Planning and organising language study trips abroad
  • Advising clients over the phone
  • Managing customers’ files
  • Managing complaints

French/English -> Italian translator
For our international head office in Montreux, we are currently looking for a translator in charge of translating and editing texts in Italian.

Main tasks :
  • Translating (French/English-Italian) texts in relation to language studies abroad and the company. You may also be required to write texts (in Italian).
  • Editing texts
  • Implementing texts
  • Controlling, updating and following up implementations
 

 

Profile :
  • Diploma in translation studies
  • Autonomous and very organised, you are able to deal with stress and to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to integrate into a team of translators and work in interaction with them.
  • Italian native speaker with an excellent command of French and English (written, spoken) and a good knowledge of German.
  • Ability to use web editing tools (CMS).
  • -Good knowledge of the web environment in general and of web writing.

Regional Manager
In order to further develop the market in Sweden, we are looking for a Regional Manager for our office in Stockholm who will be directly responsible for :
  • Setting regional actions plan and realizing various pro-active sales promotion, marketing/PR activities to meet sales objectives for Stockholm & the Sweden market
  • Ensuring the effective office team work and generating a culture of high quality standards and pro-active selling
  • Working effectively in building relationships with colleagues in the Stockholm branch together with the Swiss HQ
  • Managing the office and running of all legal/administration aspects as well as sales administration and logistics
  • Understanding trends & monitoring the market place in order to implement approaches to ensure high competitiveness in the local market
  • Managing, motivating & training the sales team by optimizing the sales process and follow up activities

Required skills :
  • 2-5 years experience managing a team ideally in the tourism & hospitality industry
  • Travel/hotel industry education or equivalent
