Staying with a host family is undoubtedly the best way of immersing yourself totally into Ecuadorian culture! You will have direct contact with this welcoming population and experience the Ecuadorian tranquil lifestyle while practising Spanish in a friendly atmosphere. The school selects its host families with care in order to offer you an unforgettable experience in a family involved in the community of Montañita. You will receive half board accommodation and stay in a single room.

Please note that most of the host families live in the little village of Montañitaand often come from a modest background. As a consequence, the level of comfort is inferior to western standards and the facilities are often basic. But there is no doubt that the generosity of the inhabitants of this sunny town will make these worldly considerations secondary!

In your thatched-roofed *cabaña*, entirely made with sustainable materials, you will live like a real Ecuadorian! Located in a quiet area, outside the city, these spacious bungalows will offer you comfort and well-being only 5 minutes from the school, the town centre and the beach. Well-ventilated and equipped with a private bathroom, a comfortable bed and a hammock, *cabañas* can host one or two students travelling together. You will meet the inhabitants of the other bungalows in the large common area with kitchen to prepare meals and refreshing drinks. Then, just lie down by the pool to take the sun! A pure moment of relaxation...

The school also has a few bungalows with private kitchenettes, which are particularly suitable for people travelling as a couple.
