Located in the centre of Montpellier, our partner school is housed in a residential building at the heart of the city's cultural and festive life. The school has 13 classrooms, a media library where you can access your emails and surf the Internet for free, and a library at your disposal to help you discover the French culture more easily. Accommodation
Host familyBeing immersed in the culture of a country is without doubt one of the best ways to learn the language. Living with a host family in Montpellier will allow you to get to know the local way of life, their customs and cuisine, and is a really enriching experience. It is also a chance to practise French every day and in authentic situations. Chosen with care, the host families know the school well and are located either in the city-centre or in the country (no more than 30 or 40 minutes from the school). You will stay in a single room with half board provided.
Leisure
Our partner school offers students a range of excursions to get to know Montpellier and its surrounding region (Camargue, Aigues-Mortes, Carcassonne, the Pont du Gard, among others), as well as cultural and sports activities as well as activities related to French cuisine (wine and cheese tasting evenings, for example). The sea awaits you of course, far from the overpopulated beaches of the Côte d’Azur, at Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone. You can also enjoy Montpellier’s lively cultural calendar, with festivals for dance, music, cinema and theatre, the Comédie du Livre (an outdoor book market), the Festival of the Grapevines, and art exhibitions worthy of the largest European cities. The closeness of the Mediterranean and the beauty of the hinterland make the capital of Hérault a favourite destination for a language course between sea and scrubland, and you will no doubt be seduced by its mild climate, its thirst for culture and its festive feel...At a glance
