Learn English in Liverpool and really live like a local through staying with a host family! Get up close and personal with England’s famously friendly northerners and practise your English every day over the dinner table, or while you catch up after a day out exploring the city. Host families normally live around 30 minutes away from the school, all over the city and in suburban areas. Free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and a once-a-week laundry service are included, along with breakfast and dinner, which you will usually enjoy together.

These central student halls are a great opportunity to meet both local students and people from all around the world, only a 15-minute walk away from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the school. Single rooms with en-suite bathrooms are available, with a desk and wardrobe space, and bed linen (but not towels) provided. Get together and socialise in the communal equipped kitchen, or enjoy the great outdoors in the open space and picnic area outside. Laundry facilities are available at cost, operated with a re-chargeable card.

Spend your time in Liverpool in a fun, vibrant student residence in the city's lively centre, just a 25 minute bus ride from school. Students will be placed in single rooms with a desk, chair, wardrobe, WIFI, drawers, a mirror, and an ensuite bathroom. Each room has access to a shared kitchen which students will need to use to cater for themselves – kitchens are shared between 6 students. The residence provides linen on the first day, but students will need to bring their own towels – these can be washed for a small fee using the onsite facilities. Between classes, students can relax in the chill out area with a TV, or play ping pong or study in the designated study spaces.

Glassworks Student Residence is ideal for students who want to live in a generously furnished studio apartment or shared apartment in the vibrant heart of Liverpool. Depending on their choice of room, students can expect their own studio apartment or a single en suite room in a shared 6-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom contains a three-quarter bed, wardrobe, WIFI, chair, study area, and tv. Each apartment contains a fully stocked kitchen so students can cater for themselves – either shared among roommates or completely private for the studio apartments. The accommodation will provide linen, but students will need to bring their own towels ¬– laundry services are available for a fee. Students have access to several building facilities including a game area, study room and free 24-hour gym.

Horizon Heights is the perfect residence for students who want to have a fully independent study experience with a world of amenities on their doorstep and be just a 20-minute walk from the school. Students will be placed in a single studio-style apartment fitted with a kitchen, bathroom and a three-quarter bed. The residence will provide linen that students can clean, for a fee, using the on-site facilities – students will need to bring their own towels. Students will be responsible for catering for themselves and keeping their space clean. The residence offers several opportunities for students to socialise with their new friends. Students can spend their free time in the on-site cinema, games room, study room and a Sky Lounge with views of the entire city.

Located a 7-minute walk from the school and a 20-minute walk from the cathedral and Liverpool’s Chinatown, this student residence boasts individual and double occupancy studio apartments (double for two students travelling together), all fitted with comfortable double beds, bed linen, free Wi-Fi, TV, kitchenette, mini-fridge and desk. Grab your free breakfast from the common area in the morning! Enjoy the many bars and restaurants of the neighborhood, use the on-site free gym, or the free bike hire! Common areas are cleaned weekly; room cleaning service is available at an extra cost; laundry service is card operated.

This residence provides a choice of either single or twin rooms with a vibrant social atmosphere in central Liverpool – all just a 20-minute walk from the school. Each room is an ensuite, with a bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, chair, Wi-Fi, and a mirror – linen is included, but students should bring their own towel. Students will share a living space and a kitchen with 5-6 other students – they will need to cater for themselves. There is a laundry room which students can use for a fee. The residence fosters a strong sense of social community – with a sunny courtyard for students to enjoy, a summer house with a PlayStation, and plenty of activities organised by the residence staff.
