Staying with a host family in Cape Town is undoubtedly one of the best ways to practise the language and immerse yourself in the South African culture. All the host families are chosen with the greatest care by our partner school, so that you'll feel right at home and be able to practise your English daily in total confidence. The families live around 15-30 minutes by bus from the school, and you'll stay in a single room or twin room with half-board provided daily.

Note: It is compulsory for students under 18 to book homestay accommodation and provide a parental consent form.

Nestled in the heart of Cape Town, close to many shops and just 15 minutes walk from class, is the antique Dorp Street House.  This residence can host both single and twin rooms- all of which include wifi and a desk. Breakfast included Monday to Friday, self-catering on weekends. Students can use the stocked, communal kitchen .A bi-weekly cleaning service of common areas and linen and towels are provided . Students can socialise in the shared loung  and mountain-view balcony.

Explore the vibrant energy of Cape Town from the privacy of your own apartment, just a 9-minute walk from your English classes. Your apartment will be furnished with a study desk, cupboard, a smart TV for streaming, free Wi-Fi, an en suite bathroom and a kitchen for self-catering. On your first day, you’ll be provided with towels and linen — both can be cleaned for a small fee using the onsite facilities. There is a cleaning service for the rooms and common areas, with additional cleaning available for a fee. When you feel like socialising, this residence offers plenty of shared spaces to meet other students, including a shared balcony, a BBQ, a cafeteria, a communal dining area, a lounge, a fitness centre, a library, a multimedia room, and a rooftop. 

Comfort Green Point is just 30 minutes’ walk from class and has a uniquely African design with a relaxed atmosphere that’s ideal for students. The residence offers single and double rooms – all of which include WIFI, a stocked kitchenette and private bathroom. Laundry services are offered at a cost, and linen/towels are provided and changed by the residence – rooms and common areas are cleaned twice a week. Half-board breakfast is available upon request. Students can meet with their new friends in the lounge, swimming pool and BBQ area.
