This accommodation option is ideal if you want to immerse yourself in the culture of French-speaking Switzerland and connect with locals. The families are carefully selected and know the school well. Living an average of 30 minutes from the school, you will stay in a double or single room, with half-board or breakfast only provided. Living with a host family in French-speaking Switzerland will allow you to discover the lifestyle of its inhabitants, its traditions and its cuisine for a highly enriching experience. It’s also a chance to practise your French daily in a friendly environment, allowing you to make rapid progress.
Shared apartment (from 18 years)
For those who wish to live with other international students, the school offers accommodation in shared apartments. Living around 10-20 minutes from the school, you will stay in a double or single room and share the common rooms with your flatmates. The apartments are bright, comfortable and have excellent facilities, including a TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and Wi-Fi. This is an economical accommodation option and an excellent opportunity to make new friends.
Studio (from 18 years)
This studio offers independence for students who wish to enjoy more privacy. It includes a single bed (convertible into a double bed), a bathroom and bed linen (changed every two weeks). Please bring your own bath towels. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven and utensils) and to a washing machine (shared). A phone is available for incoming calls, and Wi-Fi is free of charge. The studio is non-smoking. Double room only available for students travelling together.

The activities programme includes visits to places of interest in the region and participation in social events. Students will have the chance to get to know each other better and practise French outside the classroom during the outings organised by the school. Sporting activities are organised in summer and winter alike. Thanks to its geographical location, between the lake and mountains, Montreux is less than an hour from the Alps. Numerous ski resorts offer excellent conditions for fans of snowboarding and skiing, as well as extraordinary scenery for nature-lovers. During the month of July, Montreux is home to the famous Jazz Festival that gives the town a lively rhythm. Add to this the numerous exhibitions and noteworthy cultural events in Montreux and the surrounding areas of Vevey, Lausanne and Geneva, and you have a truly tempting activities programme!
