Who are French language teacher training courses for?
You do not have to be a native speaker to complete a teacher training qualification and courses are available if you have an upper intermediate level of French (B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference) or higher. French teaching courses for non-native speakers include French lessons and modules on French culture, so you can develop your French skills alongside your teaching skills. Courses for native French speakers focus almost entirely on teaching methodology.
