LTL Mandarin School

In this unique and immersive learning environment, you won't be confined to a single school – the entire city will be your classroom! Throughout this programme, you’ll be taught in a variety of locations throughout Singapore, including at a co-working space, a homestay, your teacher's house, and more! Due to the ever-changing location of the class, wheelchair access cannot be guaranteed in all locations, but there will be Wi-Fi in each of them. The average group size is three, with a maximum of five. Students will be encouraged to use Mandarin throughout classroom hours to help them improve their language skills with new friends.

Homestay (minimum 12 weeks)

LTL Mandarin is located in the heart of Singapore’s Chinatown district – well connected with public transport and perfect for students to practise their newfound language skills in the area’s many shops and restaurants. The school premises are situated in a sleek, modernly furnished building, approximately 45 minutes by public transport from student accommodation. Students will be placed in classes of 3-6 students in rooms equipped with traditional whiteboards, WIFI, and TVs. Students can socialise between classes with their new international friends in the lounge area. After class, the school will organise two social activities per week, including tours, cultural workshops and dinners at local restaurants.
