The families are carefully selected by our partner school in order to offer its students a friendly environment and optimal conditions to integrate into the Canadian way of life and to practise English. You’ll stay in a single room with shared bathroom and will benefit from half board, in a residential area at around 45-60 minutes from the school. You’ll share the common rooms of the house with your host family.

This residence provides everything you need to study, keep fit, and make friends – all just a 30-minute walk from the school. Single and twin rooms with bathrooms shared by one suitemate, armoire, desk, and chair – they will be provided with linen which they can clean for a fee using the shared laundry facilities. There are plenty of shared facilities, including free WIFI, a fitness centre, games area, study rooms, dance/yoga/boxing/cycle/meditation studios, a shared kitchen, lounges with TVs, an outdoor BBQ, and a cafeteria which will provide students with all of their meals. 

The Downtown apartments are located within the beating heart of Toronto’s art, food and nightlife scene –– around 30 minutes walk and 25 minutes on average by public transport from the school. The Downtown Apartments consist of 5 separate, stylish buildings across Toronto, which have 63 rooms between each other and average around 45 minutes’ walk and 25 minutes by public transport from the school.  Students will be in a single room equipped with a desk, chair and WIFI. Each room has access to a shared bathroom and a fully equipped and stocked shared kitchen, which students will need to use to cater for themselves. Students will be provided with linen, which they can wash for a fee using the on-site laundry services – it’s recommended that students bring their own towels. The building staff residence will clean common rooms and bathrooms, but students will be responsible for cleaning their own spaces. Between classes, students can enjoy their residence’s excellent on-site facilities, which vary between each building. Potential facilities include a gym, study areas, yoga studio, theatre room, patio lounge, infinity pool, and lounge area.

Choose this residence to get all of the excitement, social opportunities and amenities of the city centre alongside all the space of the suburb – all just 25 minutes from the school by bus. Students will be in a single room with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp, chair, Wi-Fi, and access to a shared bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen for students to self-cater, and there’s a breakfast included. Students will be provided with linens but should bring their own towels – both can be washed for a fee using the onsite facilities. Between classes, students have plenty of amenities to stay entertained, including a fitness centre, yoga and meditation studio, dance studio, games area, private and group study rooms, lounges with TVs, and a cinema room.
