One of the best ways to become acquainted with a country, its language, and its culture is by living with locals and experiencing their day-to-day lives! Our host family option is the best way to experience this, with several dedicated hosts living roughly 30 minutes (maximum 50 minutes) from the school. You’ll be placed in a single room in a house with Wi-fi and a maximum of one other international student. There are bed linens and towels provided, and you can clean them for free using the host’s laundry facilities. You have the option of eating traditional home-cooked meals by choosing either breakfast or half-board provided by the host. 

Escape the vibrant intensity of Seoul to your own oasis of tranquillity in this residence, just a minute’s walk from your school. You’ll have the choice of a single or twin room, each equipped with a desk, chair, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, laundry machine, AC/heater, and an ensuite bathroom. Bed linen is included but students should bring their own towels. Students will be responsible for keeping their own space clean and preparing their meals in the fully-equipped shared kitchen. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, travel links, and a shopping mall, this residence is the perfect place to explore the vibrant culture of Seoul.

Experience the student atmosphere of the trendy Hongdae neighbourhood by staying in an authentic single or twin studio room, just a 15-minute walk from your school. Known as “Goshiwons”, these compact budget-friendly rooms are popular among local students, containing everything you need, including a bed, desk, chair, TV, fridge, storage, and a bathroom. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen which is stocked with free rice, noodles, and kimchi. Bed linen is included but students should bring their own towels, both can be cleaned for free in the onsite facilities. Overall this option is a great way to live the authentic Korean student experience.
