Host families are a maximum commute of 35 minutes to the school. Typically, around two students are placed in each family, with a maximum of six per home. Homestays provide single or double rooms based on specific needs. Students are served half-board meals consisting of breakfast and dinner every day. Additionally, bed linen and towels are provided, as well as Wifi access. Laundry facilities are available for student use, but they are responsible for doing their own laundry at home, and the availability of dryers is not guaranteed.

A shared apartment is a perfect option for students looking for a social atmosphere in the best and safest neighbourhoods in the city within a 35-minute commute of the school. Students can choose between single rooms or shared double rooms (for students travelling together) in apartments of up to eight tenants, with shared bathrooms accommodating up to four students. Bed linen and towels are included, and each room has a bed, closet space, gas or electrical heating, a window, sheets and towels, and Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a free laundry room, although there is no dryer available. Weekly cleaning of common areas is provided, but students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms. The shared kitchen is fully equipped for students to cater for themselves. Most apartments also feature a shared common space for students to socialise.

The student residence offers single rooms in an apartment with one or two other students – you will have the choice of either a shared bathroom or a private ensuite. Bed linen and towels are included, and each room is equipped with a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and AC. Wifi is available, and there is a self-service laundry room for an extra cost. Weekly cleaning services are provided for common areas. Students will be cooking their own meals in the fully equipped shared kitchens, which are shared with one or two more students. In addition, there is a study room, game room, terrace/solarium, and bicycle parking available for the students to use. The residence is located in the heart of the city, just a 15-minute walk from the famous Plaza de España and 15 minutes by metro from the school.
