Live in the comfort and privacy of your own studio apartment in this pleasant residence, just a 1-minute walk from your school. Your studio will be equipped with Wi-fi, a sofa, desk, chair, single bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen for self-catering (please note that you will need to bring your own utensils). You will need to bring your own linen and towels or buy them in a nearby store — both can be cleaned in the onsite laundry facilities for a small fee. You’ll be responsible for keeping your own space clean and preparing your own meals. Overall, this residence is an excellent choice for students looking for a private escape from the excitement of exploring Seoul.

This modern apartment accommodation offers private single rooms with en-suite bathrooms in a one-student-per-unit setup.
