You'll stay in a single room and have access to the common areas of the house. The bathroom is shared or private, and you can do laundry for free once a week. For those wanting to live independently in the heart of Manchester's student scene within the city centre – this residence is the perfect space and just a 15-17 minute walk from the classroom. Each studio apartment is equipped for a single person and is furnished with bespoke furniture, a large bed, an integrated kitchen with appliances, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and WIFI. The residence will provide students with bed linen, which students can clean for a fee using the onsite washing machines. Students will need to cater for themselves. The school also offers a cleaning service once a fortnight for no extra cost – the student can opt for more cleaning for an additional cost. The building has several shared spaces for residents to use, including a lounge, gym, movie room and study room.
