Only steps from the magnificent Santo Domingo Church and from the Zócalo, our language partner school in Oaxaca enjoys a privileged location right in the heart of the colonial district. You will therefore find a range of cafés, restaurants, Internet cafés, museums and art galleries in the immediate surroundings of the Spanish language school. Classes take place in a beautiful colonial house whose thick walls keep the classrooms cool throughout the year. At break time, the large sun-soaked patio is a great place for the international students to relax in the sun over a snack or a cold drink, which can be purchased at the school cafeteria. The course centre also has a conference room with multimedia equipment and a library including a computer area and Wi-Fi access, where students can revise their Spanish lessons in peace and quiet.

Do you think you've made progress?

Host family
Your Mexican host family will give you a warm and cheerful welcome. You will stay in a single room and have breakfast and lunch (between 2.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m.) with the family, which will allow you to share nice moments with your hosts while improving your Spanish skills. The bedlinen and towels are changed once a week. Most of the host families selected by the language school live within 15 to 30 minutes’ walk of the course centre and close to a bus station. The families who live more than 30 minutes away from the course centre drop off and pick up the students by car every day.

Don Quijote residence
The residence offered by our partner school is located a few minutes’ walk from the course centre. In a quaint colonial house, it provides comfortable accommodation in single rooms with private bathrooms and Wi-Fi connection. The rooms open onto a large patio with garden where students can meet up and sunbathe. There is also a lounge for TV or DVD evenings. Continental breakfast is included and served in the residence cafeteria as a buffet. Students can also use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their meals.
