Do you think you've made progress?

EC, Miami

I chose Miami Beach for my language study because the weather is always nice here. I really love this city. Especially the Lincoln Road where the school is located as well as the great beach and the sea. I would definitely like to come here back again. The staff of EC Miami is very friendly and helpful. About the school I like the most that we got books that we can keep after the course. On the first day the staff of the school even invited all new students for lunch – that was awesome! I met some great friends in school from Germany and Russia. I am sure that I will keep in touch with them after this vacation. One day I went with some of them to Key West. This was definitely one of the best days in my entire life. I will never forget the experiences I made here in Florida. Thank you so much!

EC, Miami
Duration: 24 weeks

I spent 6 months in Miami and I have only good things to say about my experience. Miami is a beautiful city divided into districts, which may be residential, cultural or trendy, with lots of restaurants, shops and nightclubs. I can’t describe the city because I think it’s better you explore it yourself, but what I can tell you is this: if you get a chance to go there, go for it and you won’t regret it. But careful, the cost of living is rather high, especially if you want to go out at night.  Read more

EC, Miami
Duration: 7 weeks

Hello! My name is Marco Odone and I went to Miami, Florida, with ESL for a 7-week language stay. My goal was to improve my English level, making the most of all the activities offered by this destination. I lived with a host family in Miami Beach and the school was a 15 minutes’ walk from the house. The family was very nice and the school as well. Courses were adapted to each person’s level. The atmosphere was great and the different activities proposed by the school were interesting and varied. I really enjoyed my 7 weeks in Miami because the city never rests and the weather is always good.

Our partner school provides a daily leisure programme, including sports activities, excursions, common outings to discover Miami’s nightlife, and much more. Miami offers a both relaxed and bustling lifestyle - mostly due to its large numbers of Latino immigrants, who contribute to create a festive atmosphere in the city. You will therefore enjoy a thrill-packed stay together with your new international friends. The beach and water sports will take up most of your free time but you will also realise that Miami hosts unexpected treasures such as museums, art galleries and architectural attractions. Make the most out of your language study trip in Miami to explore a city you will remember for the rest of your life!
