The beautiful natural surroundings of the city invite you to discover the forest and its hidden waterfalls. Take a ferry in Auckland harbour, visit one of the small neighbouring islands and observe the numerous boats circling the bay. Every week, your school will also offer you a comprehensive programme of activities: city tour, football matches, ice skating, indoor climbing, kayaking… and also movie nights, quiz nights and pizza parties! At weekends, you will go on excursions with your new friends from all over the world and explore, among others, Waiheke Island, some 30 minutes away by boat, or Coromandel and its beautiful beaches, across the Hauraki Gulf. You will have an unforgettable time in this fresh and lively city!
