On the campus itself, your residence will provide you with all the necessary comfort for you to feel at ease right away. Students will be assigned to rooms of 2 or 3 beds, according to gender and will share the bathrooms with the other occupants of their room. Access to the Internet is free (Wifi). Three daily meals (20 per week and brunch on Sunday morning) will be taken together with the other international students in the residence’s dining room. The residence is guarded 24h/24.
Discovering New Haven with your new friends will probably take most of your free time. Just knowing that you are on the grounds where great minds studied before you is a huge adventure in itself. The city is pleasant and it is easy to get around. It is also fascinating for those who are interested in the history and culture of the USA. Roller-skating, taking part in sports tournaments organised by the school or going to a movie night with other students can also be part of your leisure programme. Other options such as artistic activities, tennis, basketball, dance etc. are also possible. The atmosphere is friendly and cosmopolitan. You will love it!
The school proposes one full day excursion and 2 half-day excursions per week. You will discover, among other things, New York (90 minutes ride) and its numerous attractions, but also Mystic Seaport, a city in Connecticut where you can enjoy its lively harbour and the aquarium. I bet New Haven will leave you unforgettable memories!
